TITLE: Garden Mosaic Fence
ARTIST: Facilitated by Megan Cain, Dana Slowiak, and Marcia Yapp
LOCATION: Troy Gardens, 500 block of Troy Drive, Madison, WI
DESCRIPTION: This was a community art project involving 120 youth and adults. We created a mosaic fence for the Kids' Garden at Troy Gardens. Troy Gardens is a 31 acre land trust with community gardens, a 5 acre CSA farm, restored prairie, nature trails and public art. Materials: ceramic tile, mirror, glass, pottery. Size: 17 posts
