TITLE: St. George's Serbian Orthodox Church.
ARTIST: Giovanni Nastrucci
LOCATION: 3025 Denver Street, San Diego.
DESCRIPTION: Exterior mosiac - This mosaic filled church was dedicated in 1969. The mosaics were fabricated by Giovanni Nastrucci, a principal in Mosaicos Italianos of Mexico City. They were shipped to Tijuana and then installed by Publio Cavallini and Sons who relocated from Texas, setting up their workshop here.
