DESCRIPTION: Starbucks commissioned this piece to reflect the history of the town of Saffron Walden, the site of their latest restaurant. Pargetting is an ancient architectural feature appearing on many buildings in this region, pattern making in the plasterwork. This is a mosaic representation of that technique.
